Brininging the Elite Physical Experience to the Local Community.

Eastern Health & Performance is a small, independent business that’s motivated by growth and providing a bespoke service to an already saturated fitness market. EPH’s key point of difference is its people and full-suite fitness offering. Backed by highly experienced and qualified sports trainers, physicians and nutritionists, EPH boasts an exceptionally high quality, bespoke services for all facets of elite fitness training

Outside of physical assessment and observational movement practices, Eastern Health and Performance provides facilities for strength and performance coaching and training, delivering a full suite of sports performance services tailored to bring the best physical state to its clients. 

Building a position of influence in the personalised training and rehabilitation market.

Working closely with the founder, we developed a cohesive brand identity for rehabilitation and personal training services. This begun with a comprehensive brand manual backed by market research to find a market position and brand identity that was unique from competitors.

An ongoing relationship, the founder and I continue to work on building a social presence that effectively communicates a point of difference and ultimately begins to build a social following along with foot traffic through the business.
