Johns Lyng Group is Australia’s leading integrated building services provider, delivering building, restoration, strata and energy services nationally and internationally. The Group’s core business is built on its ability to rebuild and restore a variety of properties and contents after damage by insurable events including: impact, weather, and fire events.

With a diversified client base comprising: major insurance companies, insurance brokers, loss adjusters, commercial enterprises, local and state governments, body corporates/owners’ corporations and retail customers, the Group have been entrusted to represent some of the world’s largest corporations with their brand experience.

From humble beginnings in 1953 as Johns & Lyng Builders, initially servicing Melbourne and its surrounding areas, the Group has grown into a diversified international business with over 140 offices, 1,800 employees and a subcontractor base in excess of 6,500. Now over 23 brands and 96 operating subsidiaries, the group are an ASX top 200 company, delivering its services on an international stage.

Within my current role, I produce and manage all brands’ marketing and design collateral. This includes: Marketing Strategy/Plan, Content Strategy, Social Strategy, Digital Content, UX/UI, Communications, Print, Investor, Advertising and Campaign Management.

Entrusted with communications and the brands’ visual identity, I’ve delivered on multi-million dollar contracts, dealing with Government, Major Insurance brands and Investors.

In 5 years I’ve had the privilege of working within an extremely fast-paced and highly motivated business, concentrated on growth and expansion. In doing so, I’ve had the opportunity to work on almost every conceivable form of marketing and design medium.

Brand Management.
With 23 Brands and over 96 operating subsidiaries, I have been responsible for the overall brand management and market representation via marketing initiatives and design development and delivery. During my tenure, I have been the primary contact for all marketing and design requirements. Now I lead a team of 2, continuing to attract top talent to expand the team.

Contracts & Investor.
Since assisting in the Group’s IPO and successful company listing on the ASX in 2017, I am now responsible for developing Communications, EOI, Tenders, Annual Reports and AGM Presentations. The company now holds a $2.2B market capitalisation and has secured major multi-million dollar contracts with State Governments, Global Commercial and Insurance companies.

Merger, Acquisitions & Brand Identities.
As a company set on growth, year-on-year the Group focussed on new business ventures via mergers, acquisitions and new branded service offerings. It was important to ensure new business partners understood our model, along with integrating these businesses to align with our brand for customers.
